Despite some communication issues with staff, the views from this hotel were amazing. We especially enjoyed the curry dishes and found the bed to be very comfortable. The spa was also a great way to relax during our stay. The hotel's location was convenient and allowed for easy access to the nearby market.

The level of English spoken by the staff was poor and led to some frustration when trying to communicate. We had trouble with the in-room services book, and it felt like the staff hadn't been trained to the level advertised by the hotel.

I loved the spacious rooms, breathtaking views, excellent food, kind staff, and great amenities. The ambiance and architecture were amazing, creating a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. The packed breakfast was a pleasant surprise and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Kudos to the talented singer and the enjoyable bonfire. Mayfair Himalayan Spa Resort in Kalimpong provided an unforgettable experience.

Luxurious property with fantastic maintenance and good service. Located at the center, yet calm and peaceful. Kanchenjunga rooms are beautiful with a clear view. Perfectly cooked food for children. The glasshouse in the lawn is loved. Wind chimes create a divine feeling. One of the best stays ever.

This hotel is a luxurious destination with exclusive amenities that fulfilled my needs. The Spa & wellness centre was excellent and offered a variety of treatments. The Swimming pool was clean and well-maintained. The outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi provided a relaxing atmosphere. The library was well-stocked, and the garden area was beautifully landscaped. The spa centre offered high-quality beauty treatments, including body scrubs, massages, body wraps and facials. The restaurant served an in-room breakfast, packed lunches, special diet menus, and the bar/lounge area was a perfect spot to unwind.

My stay here was almost perfect, except for a minor issue. I was disturbed by the loud music from an event hosted at the hotel, which interrupted my sleep.

Whether you're dining in the open area of the property or enjoying a meal at The Tiffany restaurant, you'll be treated to not only a delectable spread but also an incredible mountain view. The rooms are spacious and well-planned, with beautiful wallpapers, curtains, and furniture adding to the overall ambiance. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with special mention to Ms. Sangita, Ms. Saraswati, and Mr. Ishaque who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast options are amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes to start your day off right.
