I had a wonderful stay at City Express in Playa del Carmen. the room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary facilities such as a kitchenette and comfortable beds. the hotel provided a shuttle bus service on weekdays, making it convenient to get around. I loved the little touches like the complimentary bottles of water and the USB chargers in the room. the swimming pool area was also great, never too crowded, and perfect for families with its shallow water. There were plenty of nearby restaurants and a mall within walking distance, although crossing the road was a bit tricky.
