The hotel facilities were great, with plenty of places for different activities such as playing, dining, and even a casino. The staff, especially Karram, Mr. Suraj, and Mr. Thakur, were very attentive and took good care of us. The cleanliness of the hotel and the well-maintained grounds were impressive. The location was perfect for walks and even uphill exploration.

The location of the hotel is simply breathtaking, with acres of lush greenery surrounding it. It feels like being in the lap of nature, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The rooms are well-appointed and clean, offering a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and cooperative, with special mention to Rashi at reception who went out of her way to make our stay memorable. The breakfast spread is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

It's a basic amenity that is expected in today's day and age.

The resort offers beautifully decorated rooms with unique artwork and wild animal statues. The gardening staff keeps the lush greenery and abundance of plant pots well-maintained. The restaurant features two big aquariums, one with colorful fishes. The reception staff, Mr. Abhijit and Mr. Dass, are very humble. The casino, although small, provides an enjoyable experience.

The property itself is located in a serene area, surrounded by the green Himalayas. The beautiful and well-maintained gardens with colorful flowers and fish ponds added to the relaxing atmosphere. The staff were courteous and well-groomed, providing excellent service throughout my stay.
