Nothing it was perfect.

The property is fantastic with modern facilities, located close enough to the central area for easy access but away from the busy chaos. The hotel has a rich history and the rooms are cozy with great balconies and large windows. The breakfast is outstanding and made to order, while the poolside is extremely relaxing and peaceful.

We had a delightful stay at this elegant hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated, maintaining a charming old-world charm. The staff at the restaurant provided exceptional service, and the food was delicious. We particularly enjoyed breakfast on the balcony overlooking the serene lily pond. The hotel's architecture and interior design were impeccable, creating a stylish and inviting atmosphere. Despite a few minor drawbacks with seating space in the room and limited access for handicapped guests, we found our overall experience at Satri House to be excellent. We highly recommend this gem of a hotel.

Stayed here for a city break and really enjoyed the beautiful setting of the hotel. the gardens were well-kept and the lily pond was a particular highlight. the service was great, with the staff always being polite and friendly. Another great aspect was the location, being close enough to walk into town but far enough away to not be disturbed by the noise.

Although the hotel had a pool, it would have been nice to have more options for activities to do on-site. the restaurant selection at the hotel was limited and not that impressive.

My room was spacious, elegant, and furnished with exclusive amenities. the luxurious outdoor swimming pool and garden areas were tranquil and serene, making it easy to relax after a long day of sightseeing. In-room breakfast was divine, and the food at the restaurant was exceptional. the staff were attentive and friendly making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I enjoyed every moment spent here and look forward to returning.

The lack of a sauna. this minor issue was easily compensated for by the outstanding service provided here.
