The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, always ready to help. I absolutely loved dining at Chutney. the Mutton Rogan Josh was simply outstanding, and the personalized service made it even better.

Unfortunately, the initial check-in process was a bit slow, taking longer than expected. While the restaurant options were fantastic, I found the breakfast selections could be improved for variety.

My experience at The Metropolitan Hotel & Spa was incredibly disappointing. The room was nowhere near the expected standard for a five-star establishment, with outdated decor and a filthy bathroom that had mold and dirty corners. To make matters worse, the service was alarmingly slow. I waited over 20 minutes at the reception just to get two bottled waters.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Connaught Place. Staff members were incredibly friendly and went the extra mile, making my family feel welcome.

I faced issues with the room key often not working, and there were occasional electrical problems that took time to resolve. Breakfast options were somewhat limited.

during my stay, i loved how close the hotel was to connaught place, making it easy to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere and plenty of dining options, and the delicious breakfast at the zing restaurant was a highlight of my mornings.

i almost thought i woudl ve been satisfied, but then i realized the room was not only outdated but also dirty with hairs on the sheets. also, the pool area lacked any drink service, forcing me to trek inside—such a delightful inconvenience! as a valued guest, i expected at least a complimentary gesture to ease my suffering, but no such luck.

Got a solid breakfast buffet with tons of options! Clean rooms with cozy beds. Close to Connaught Place, so perfect for exploring. The staff, especially Mumtaz, made my stay super chill and always had a smile.

Everything was amazing.

The housekeeping staff is very attentive and kept my room clean. The reception staff had trouble with my billing and I was overcharged.

A Memorable Stay with Great Dining Options

I enjoyed my recent visit with enticing dining experiences at both the Zing restaurant and Chutney. The buffet breakfast was a highlight, featuring an egg station for fresh, made-to-order dishes. The helpful staff made my solo trip comfortable, and I appreciated the early check-in process. Don't miss the Asian restaurant, Sakura!

The spacious room had great amenities, including a fantastic view of the beautiful surroundings. I loved the flower arrangements left daily!

the internet was a bit slow not great for a 5-star place but the location was perfect for exploring delhi and connecting to the metro 🚇 the food was delicious especially breakfast and the staff were very helpful

the metropolitan hotel & spa offers spacious rooms and a fantastic breakfast spread. staff members are friendly and attentive, catering to special dietary requests with ease. the leisure facilities looked appealing, though we didn't use them.

WiFi wasn't included, but the huge breakfast spread was impressive. I loved the comfy bed!
