While the hotel’s location was ideal, I encountered several issues that marred my stay. The bathroom fan didn’t work, making any unpleasant odors linger much longer than they should. Additionally, the breakfast area had a strong smell of old fry oil, which made mornings less enjoyable. I also found the parking situation to be quite frustrating. it was located down a narrow alley and was very tight, leading to a cumbersome experience upon arrival.

Spacious rooms with handy mini kitchens made it easy to heat meals. Loved the convenient parking with direct lift access to rooms.

During my stay, I encountered a significant delay at check-in, waiting well over half an hour, which was frustrating. Even though my room was ready, many others faced a one-hour wait, reiterating a lack of organization. The room I received was very old and had visible stains on the furniture, contributing to an overall feeling of uncleanliness. Additionally, I found the expensive parking fee of $35 a day to be excessive for the service provided.

The location is incredible,, just blocks from the Sky Tower. The breakfast options, while basic, were included and sufficient to start the day.

I enjoyed the well-sized shower with good water pressure, which was a highlight after a long day of exploring. However, I encountered some inconvenience with the body wash dispenser being empty—relying on sachets made for a less pleasant experience. Although the room had a functional kitchenette, bringing my own coffee was necessary due to the limited instant options provided. Overall, I would consider returning due to the central location and comfortable amenities.

The staff were super friendly & professional, even when we had a little lockout drama with the safe! The location is perfect for exploring tons of cafes and eateries – we could walk everywhere!

Location's a total win,, close to Queen Street and the Sky Tower. Breakfast was awesome, especially the cooked options, helped me save on food costs for the day. Friendly staff made everything smooth.

The rooms need a little TLC,, and there was some noise from the street, but it wasn't too distracting.
