The MGM Vailankanni hotel provided a great stay with a variety of amenities to relax, including a swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, sun loungers, garden area. the nearby landmarks such as Velankanni Beach, Pongu Sani Temple, and Morning Star Church for Our Lady of Vailankanni added to the family bonding experience. the staff was friendly, and the room service was quick and efficient, making our stay enjoyable and convenient.

Fantastic Room Upgrade and Excellent Room Service

I was pleasantly surprised by the free upgrade to the Grandeur Suite with fantastic room amenities and a spacious ambiance. the room service was efficient and the staff were friendly. the property could benefit from better maintenance and refurbishment.

I stayed in a hotel close to the churches in Vellankani. The location was convenient and allowed easy access to the religious sites. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was friendly and attentive. The complimentary breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and offered a variety of options. my stay was pleasant and enjoyable.

The Wi-Fi connection at the hotel was unreliable and often had slow speeds, which was quite frustrating.

The rented cottage and private room were spacious and clean. The food at the restaurant is decent and clean, although more variation in non-spicy options would be appreciated. the hotel offers a calm and soothing environment, making it a must-stay for future visits.

Felt very well looked after, no reason to complain.

This hotel provided real value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location was also ideal, as it was situated on the main road before going to the Church in a non-congested area. The staff displayed a ready-to-serve attitude and the rooms were clean, tidy, and equipped with a balcony and a big table.

Cozy place, spacious villas, quick check-in, decent breakfast, clean rooms and toilets, good value for money.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel's decor was simply charming, with lovely rustic design elements that reminded me of a quaint village. the spacious and well-maintained general areas were perfect for leisurely strolls, and the hotel's close proximity to the church made it very convenient for senior folks like me.

Just one small suggestion for a better vacation experience for seniors - I wish the children working there were more mindful of providing extra assistance when needed.

The view from the hotel was great, I could see the city lights and it was magical during Christmas. the staff were friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, it was filling and had a nice variety.

The location was far from the attractions and it was difficult to get transportation especially during odd hours. the room linen was of poor quality and the toilet facility was dirty.

Located near the Velankanni church, Mgm Vailankanni Residency is an ideal base for exploring the holy city. With several temples in close proximity, it offers convenience for religious travelers. The restaurant serves delicious meals, as mentioned in reviews, making it a great option for dinner. Additionally, the Resort offers a pleasant stay with clean and comfortable rooms, responsive and friendly staff, and a complimentary breakfast.

Expensive, but best in town. Convenient location on main road. Breakfast good, but lunch/dinner needs milder options. Spacious layout, not too far from church. Offers cab services to church.

We had a wonderful stay at a well-located hotel with comfortable rooms and delicious food. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive, and the parking facilities were adequate. a great experience. I would highly recommend this hotel.
