The Sunday lunch at Best Western was absolutely delicious! The 3 Course Set Menu offered a fantastic selection, and the staff made us feel special. The table decorations added a beautiful touch to the experience. We will definitely be returning for another meal. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in a great location near the centre of town. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. The rooms were comfortable and equipped with air conditioning units, perfect for a relaxing stay. I particularly loved the view of the heath from my room, it was so peaceful and scenic. The hotel also offered great value for money, with affordable prices and a delicious breakfast included. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Newmarket.

the staff at the hotel, which is part of the Best Western chain, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. the room I stayed in was very spacious and had a fantastic bathroom. the hotel was also conveniently located near the center of town, making it easy to explore. I enjoyed a nice dinner and a delicious breakfast during my stay. the staff were efficient and the hotel had implemented increased safety measures effectively.

my recent stay in newmarket was fantastic! the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my golf trip. the food was delicious and the generous portions kept me satisfied. special mention to the staff for their attentiveness with coffee. highly recommended!

The location was great, right in the centre of town with the High Street just a short walk away. The staff were very helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome. The room was spacious and clean, with everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent, with a good selection to choose from. We also enjoyed dining in the local pubs on the high street where the cost was far cheaper than the hotel restaurant.

The weak TV signal was a minor inconvenience.

We had a fantastic 60th birthday afternoon tea at this hotel. The staff were so helpful and made sure we had a wonderful time. The tables were beautifully dressed and the afternoon tea was delicious. We highly recommend this venue for great service and an enjoyable experience. 10/10. Despite a few drawbacks like a noisy room and a missing toilet brush, the overall experience was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the town center and the main gallops on the Heath. The hotel had a clean and modern environment, and the bar area and restaurant were both enjoyable. The rooms were compact but comfortable, and the bathroom was larger than expected. The breakfast provided was excellent, with Elaine and her crew taking great care of the guests.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was fantastic, with affordable prices for the facilities available. The location near the centre of Newmarket was ideal, with the High Street just a short walk away. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a coffee machine which made a lovely cup of coffee. Additionally, there was plenty of storage space for our requirements.
