The staffs, including Neema ji, Gaurav ji, and others, were incredibly welcoming and always ready to assist with a smile. the friendly atmosphere made for a pleasant stay, albeit the lack of drinking water, congested room, and uncomfortable bed. the engaging activities like sunset walks and mountain biking with Rajesh added a special touch. the unique nearby landmarks enhanced family bonding, especially the Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts and Bhagsunag Waterfall.

I simply adored the cozy ambiance of the hotel. the children working there have created such a beautiful and welcoming space for us seniors to relax and socialize comfortably. the easy layout and thoughtful design of the common areas and rooms make it very accessible for older guests.
