I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with a beautiful four-poster bed room and friendly staff who were very helpful and accommodating. the location in the heart of town was perfect for exploring Southwell. some minor details in the room like the messy bathroom sealant and lack of hand soap could be improved for a more comfortable stay.

Our room was upgraded without prior notice, a pleasant surprise. the location in the center was convenient, with historic charm all around.

The reception staff lacked warmth, focusing more on staffing complaints. Feather bedding was provided despite prior requests for non-feather options.
