My stay at Moradia Dos Quadros was a true home away from home experience. The owner welcomed us with open arms and treated us like family. The peaceful and relaxing ambiance of the place was a total change from the usual beach life in Goa. I loved spending evenings on the veranda, chatting with Neves and other guests, and even had the incredible experience of seeing an owl perching nearby. The rooftop lookout, known as 'heaven,' offered breathtaking sunrise views and a chance to observe various bird species. The owner also went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable, giving us a quick tour of the island and providing us with a map to navigate around. The island itself is a paradise with local eateries and plenty of sightseeing options accessible through the nearby ferries. I highly recommend Moradia Dos Quadros for an unforgettable and magical Goa experience.

A peaceful and picturesque setting on Divar Island. Neves, the owner, creates a calming atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Waking up to the sounds of birds and spending lazy days surrounded by nature is truly relaxing. It's a unique homestay experience that captures the essence of the island.

Stayed at a beautiful Mediterranean-style accommodation during our city trip. The open space, terraces, balconies, and garden were exceptional. Top-notch clean facilities with comfortable and tasteful old-world furniture. The staff was friendly and helpful with all our requests. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were available at affordable rates, or guests could bring their own food to the kitchen. The location was perfect for getting away from crowded tourist areas.

We didn't find any aspects of the hotel to dislike. It was an extraordinary value for the money, and we had a memorable experience during our stay.

The locals were incredibly friendly and helpful, even driving us to the other end of the island when we asked for directions. The hotel is very close to the capital city and old Goa, making it a convenient location. The fact that it is adjacent to a bird sanctuary also makes it a paradise for birdwatchers. We didn't even have to leave the hotel's terrace to enjoy birdwatching!
