The breakfast at Nap Manor Hostels was a bit confusing, but once we figured it out, it was a nice start to the day. The free breakfast included black tea or coffee, but if you wanted milk, you had to pay for it. The only downside was that they asked us to clean our own dishes but didn't provide bin, sponges, or dish soap.

During our xmas stay at the hostel, we appreciated the free breakfast, which consisted of a tasty Indian dish, boiled eggs, buttered toast. we were grateful for the late check-in option that allowed us to arrive at 3 am without any issues. the location was fantastic, as it was situated near the airport and other key landmarks.

Sadly, the hostel was a major disappointment. the rooms were incredibly cramped, and it was difficult to move around in them.

The location was extremely convenient, as it was close to the train station, allowing easy access to various parts of the city. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.

this hostel is a true gem. the staff is incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. the modern and picture-perfect rooms make it a perfect choice. 10/10 recommendation for anyone visiting Mumbai.

Late night movies in the common area were too loud.

The hotel offered exclusive amenities that met my luxury needs. the room was spacious and well-designed, offering exceptional comfort and convenience. the service was commendable, staff were supportive and always willing to help. the location was advantageous and easily accessible. the packed lunches were delicious and healthy, perfect for day trips.

One minor issue was that there was no karaoke facility available, which would have added to the entertainment value of the hotel. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel.
