This hotel is perfectly situated in the central area, close to various shops and dining spots. the friendly staff here, like Inaam at the reception, are really an added bonus to the stay. You can expect good service from check-in to check-out.

The rooms here are a bit close to one another, so noise from outside can be a bit bothersome. the breakfast selection could use some improvement, like adding more variety to cater to different preferences.

The complimentary green tea offered by the lovely staff was a delightful touch, making me feel like I was being pampered in a high-end spa rather than a cozy hotel room.

I had a great stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect - close to shops, eateries, and grocery stores. Plus, the rooms had a good view with deep colored curtains that blocked out sunlight. The staff was very helpful and the basic amenities were all in place, like the nice AC that kept the room cool.

The room cleanliness was subpar with a lizard in the toilet and a malfunctioning flush. the hotel was quite noisy and it was difficult to get a good night's sleep with the constant sound of doors closing.

premier inn grand gulberg exceeded my expectations with its excellent location, warm hospitality, and secure ambience. the staff was well-mannered and the complementary breakfast was a nice touch. the guesthouse felt like a 3-4 star hotel and provided all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay in lahore.

cleanliness could be improved

The location was great, with easy access to key attractions in the city. The room size was exceptional and the cleanliness was top-notch. The hotel offered running hot water and the buffet breakfast was very nice. The staff, especially the F&B team, went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. They even offered complimentary soup/coffee on arrival and upgraded our rooms without any extra cost.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city, very close to the bustling Ferdous market. The location was extremely convenient, with shops and everything you need just a short walk away. The room itself was cozy and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast spread was satisfying, with a variety of options to choose from. Plus, the hotel offered facilities like a TV, AC, and friendly staff.

I did find the noise from outside quite bothersome at times.

The value for money at Premier Inn Grand Gulberg was excellent, with clean and spacious air-conditioned rooms. The location was ideal for exploring Liberty Market and MM Alam Road, and the staff treated me with exceptional hospitality and warmth.

The only suggestion for improvement would be to diversify the breakfast menu, as the options provided were limited.

Our stay at Premier Inn Grand Gulberg was just okay. The hotel was pretty central and close to eateries and grocery shops. The security and junior staff were hardworking. I would recommend this hotel.
