The service is efficient and the staff is warm and courteous. They even have a well-equipped gym and spa, providing ample facilities for relaxation and fitness.

Room service can be a bit slow, especially with ordering food.

Had a fantastic Christmas weekend! Was pleasantly surprised with the complimentary wine and cake in our room. The location is perfect as it is close to all the shops and restaurants. The best part was the beautiful view of the lake from our balcony which added a serene atmosphere to our stay.

The menu for breakfast could be better, there weren't many options to choose from. However, they made up for it with their friendly and accommodating staff who made our stay even more delightful.
