The room service at this hotel was exceptional, always prompt and friendly. the staff really knew their stuff when it came to the area, and they were always willing to help out anytime. the infrastructure was nice and had a cozy feel, making it very welcoming. the bar and lounge area had a great ambiance, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. the garden area was a lovely spot to unwind, giving a feeling of being in an old movie with a rich villain playing pool in a lush green valley.

One thing that could be improved at this hotel is the Wi-Fi service. It would be great if they could extend it to all areas, especially for Airtel users, as the GPRS speed can be quite slow.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was questionable due to a pipe blockage, and the awkward construction work led us to move our car multiple times which wasn't comfortable. the swimming pool was closed during our stay due to maintenance, with no showers and proper changing rooms available at the poolside, which was a bummer.
