Unfortunately, the room lacked warm water in the shower. I'll recommend this hotel.

We had a blast exploring the nearby temples and chillin' by the pool. the entertainment options were off the charts, from karaoke nights to a vibrant nightlife. Can't wait to go back for more!

Stayed at a mind, blowing property with super smooth check, in, comfy interconnected rooms, and yummy breakfast with abundant choices. Staff were jaw, droppingly courteous, making it a plush, safe, and cozy option. Delicious dinner available, spacious rooms with EXCELLENT services, on, site parking and Wi, Fi. Staff pleasant and warm, but carefully manage AC settings to avoid cold.

The cleanliness could be improved, but that's just my personal opinion.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The location outside of the city was peaceful and quiet. The service was excellent with fast room service and helpful staff. We were able to easily book car hire and use the shops and commercial services in the area. The room amenities were great, with everything from tea and coffee facilities to soundproofed rooms. The staff were very accommodating and attentive in the dining restaurant, even providing special diet menus. The leisure facilities were fantastic, and we especially enjoyed the spa and wellness centre with live entertainment. The garden area was beautiful and added to the relaxing atmosphere.

A recent stay in Vrindavan was quite the adventure. the location of the hotel was a bit tricky for exploring, with the rickshaws charging like they're made of gold. the room was okay, but no resting spot for the driver—poor guy! Service was good, though the bathroom in Room 501 was a humid disaster zone. Don't get me started on the noisy neighbors above! not too shabby of a stay, but I'm still recovering from the bathroom ordeal.

Excellent hospitality, top-class food both breakfast and buffet dinner, and a la carte menu. Highly recommended. Quiet location in a clean and newly developed area. Friendly staff, spacious rooms, and pure vegetarian meals without eggs.

We spent our new year at a hotel in Vrindavan and it was an amazing experience. the hotel staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, and they even offered us complementary snacks and drinks upon our arrival. the hotel was also located near some key attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Another aspect we enjoyed was the peaceful atmosphere surrounding the hotel.

We did find the prices to be a bit steep for what was offered. the room we stayed in was on the smaller side and lacked some necessary amenities.

The location of the hotel is great as it is near the main temples of Vrindavan, including Prem Mandir and ISKON temple. It is slightly away from the city center, providing a quiet and peaceful environment for guests.

There have been complaints about the front desk staff and management being rude and incompetent. This aspect of the hotel's service needs improvement to enhance the overall experience for guests.
