Spent a relaxing weekend in a hotel full of character. the views of the water meadows were beautiful. the staff was friendly and always available to help. the breakfast was delicious, and the buffet had a variety of options. the hotel offered free parking, which was convenient and helped save money. the location was excellent and close to the town, which made it easy to explore.

The room we stayed in didn't have air conditioning, making it really uncomfortable on the first night. the fan was not powerful enough to alleviate the heat.

We had a lovely view from our room, directly overlooking the river with swans, ducks, and geese. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and attentive to our needs.

The location at the former watermill with views of the mill stream and common was charming. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially when we arrived late after a wedding. The restaurant served a delicious English breakfast and the bar food was excellent. The hotel also had free and secure parking. The views of the duck pond and adjacent fields were lovely.
