Amazing Hospitality and Delicious Food

We had an incredible stay at Niyati - Boutique Stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The highlight of our stay was dining at their newly opened restaurant, Francis. The Masala Dosa's they serve are truly the best we've ever had, surpassing any we've tasted across continents. We had the pleasure of meeting Sanjeev, the restaurant owner, and his cousin, the owner of Niyati - Boutique Stay, and they are both genuinely wonderful people. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, nice staff on the ground. Bar on the rooftop. Helpful staff, allowed early check-in and shower in another room. Perfect after the Backwaters. Beautiful rooms, fantastic staff. Peaceful location in the heart of Fort Cochin. Extended stay by 4 days.

I recently stayed at Niyati and was pleasantly surprised by its beauty. The stunning rooms and fantastic staff made my stay truly enjoyable. The hotel's location in the heart of Fort Cochin was perfect, yet it provided a peaceful atmosphere. Francis, the owner, has created a beautiful environment for guests. I loved it so much that I extended my stay by 4 days. Highly recommended!

Would recommend this hotel.

The stay was mind-blowing! The well-maintained rooms were super spacious and cozy. The location was perfect, away from the buzzing crowd but just a 5-minute walk to all restaurants and a 10-minute walk to the beach and St.Francis church. The humble and down-to-earth staff made us feel right at home.

The location of this boutique stay is perfect, right in the heart of the city with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with natural light and hot showers. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great tips for exploring the area.

The staff could have been more forthcoming with information and the hotel could improve on their communication.
