I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The room was incredibly spacious and nicely decorated. I especially loved the SPA bathtub, which was clean and easy to use. The water pouring down provided a soothing massage for my back and shoulders. Additionally, the hotel provided extra amenities like hair clips and bath salts, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. The breakfast selection was also impressive, offering a variety of delicious options. From start to finish, I had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I highly recommend this hotel to families. The facilities provided, such as the karaoke room, swimming pool, and children's play area, are superb.

The room at Icloud Luxury Resort & Hotel was incredibly clean and spacious, with luxurious bath facilities and amenities. The spa bathtub was a highlight, as we spent a relaxing two hours soaking in it. The breakfast buffet spread was excellent and the bed was comfortable. The provided toilet amenities were impressive.

The hotel is in a great location near the bustling night market, making it convenient to explore the local food scene and shopping options. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with luxurious amenities like jacuzzi baths and TVs in the bathroom. The staff is friendly and the service is top-notch. The breakfast spread is impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Plus, there are nearby universities and a 24-hour minimart for added convenience.

The gym could use some improvements, such as adding more equipment like weights and a sit-up bench.

The spacious rooms with a TV in the bathroom and the comfortable king-sized bed were awesome, but the best aspects of our stay were the Jacuzzi bathtub and the friendly staff. We had a great time soaking in the tub, which also came with spa essential oil and disco lights. The whole experience was quite relaxing. the location was really convenient, just a short walk away from a 24-hour minimart, and the hotel offered free baby cribs and sterilizers.

There were two aspects that could have been better. We had to wait until 6 pm for check-in, which was a bit too late, especially after a long business trip.

Very big and spacious room. Soft and comfortable bed. Clean and not sleazy. Huge jacuzzi and bath area. Good buffet breakfast. Convenient kids play area. Helpful and friendly staff. Convenient water tap.

Couldn't stay longer.
