i had a great stay at o by tamara, trivandrum! the staff were super friendly and made me feel at home. the location is perfect, just across from new lulu hyper market. i loved the in-house ayurveda treatments, which were tailored specifically for me. the buffet at o cafe was superb, with a fantastic selection and live music during dinner.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Ms. Sabina and Mr Mani. WiFi connection was problematic during my stay.

Had an incredible time there,, especially with the staff like Ms. Sabina,, who was super helpful with my requests. One morning, I arrived at breakfast and it was completely packed,, but Mr Mani still managed to get us a table right away, making us feel like VIPs.

It wasn’t cheap, but I guess you pay for quality, right?

the breakfast buffet lacked variety. I enjoyed the luxurious bed and thoughtful in-room snacks. The close proximity to Lulu Mall was a bonus for shopping. The steam room and sauna added to the relaxation, but I wished for more options at breakfast. A good stay!

It was just a proper fit for a mini-break over the weekend in Thiruvananthapuram with good price-value balance. The staff was really accommodating in preparing special dishes for my dietary restrictions during breakfast. Make sure to check WiFi availability if you need to work during your stay.

Y’all, I was real impressed! The staff were as sweet as tea, especially this fella named Mr Mani who got us a table right quick for breakfast. And lemme tell ya, that buffet had the best local dishes I ever tasted! Oh, and the pool was just lovely. No better place to unwind after a day of shopin’ at Lulu Mall!

I absolutely loved my stay in the Elite Double or Twin Room! The breakfast was out of this world, and the pool view—a true delight—made every morning special. Plus, the location right near all the exciting spots was just perfect for exploring!

Unfortunately, I faced multiple issues during my stay. The hair dryer took forever to arrive, with a lot of confusing explanations about plumbing that didn’t add up. The sauna was only available on request, which meant I had to plan ahead rather than enjoy it spontaneously. The pool cleaning was poorly timed at 7:30 AM, which is a bummer for early risers. Also, there was a lack of cleanliness in my room with empty bottles left out, and some toiletries were missing, like toilet paper. The keys had problems initially, too, which meant multiple trips to fix them.

Had an awesome time with friends! The location is perfect for exploring local hotspots, and we loved the pool view. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. it had a huge range of local dishes. We also visited a sports bar nearby for some games and chilled beers—great vibes! Don't miss the in-house spa for some relaxation after a long day.

One downside was that the reception staff seemed to need better training. There was a bit of a wait when we asked for drinks at the sports bar, as it was closed when we inquired. Just something to be aware of.
