I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at O By Tamara. The hotel's location was excellent, making it easily accessible and close to shops and restaurants. The rooms were spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The facilities were top-notch, including a fantastic breakfast spread and a scrumptious buffet for dinner. I also had a wonderful experience with the 3-day massage package, which left me feeling pampered and rejuvenated. I highly recommend staying at this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

There was a minor inconvenience during my stay when the outside area was closed off for a function without prior information. Additionally, the 20% discount on food and drink was not automatically applied to bills.

Taxis are readily available for those who need them. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great facilities and attention to detail. Breakfast is delicious and varied, with plenty of options to choose from.

The hotel lacked a certain level of luxury that could be expected from a five-star establishment. The room furnishings were average and lacked attention to detail, such as poorly placed electrical sockets.

Our room had some maintenance issues, including an A/C temperature setting and a door sensor problem. The washroom was not up to the standard, and we faced issues with water flow in the washbasin.

New building with a great ambience, fresh-looking rooms, room dining available, amazing cleanliness, provided two sets of toiletries.
