Had a blast spending xmas at a hotel this year. the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making it feel like a home away from home. the two complementary drinks were lovely, and the prime location right next to a bustling mall and many fantastic restaurants is a huge plus. the view from the room was stunning, adding to a comfortable stay.

The outside of the windows not being cleaned, which limited the view. Walking outside of the hotel was a bit of a maze, and the smell was overwhelming.

I recently stayed at this venue and I was blown away by the great location. Directly connected to a small mall with good restaurants, it was very convenient for me as I had an early flight the next morning. The service staff were top notch, from the room service to the bell staff/porters, I felt like a VIP. The room amenities were impressive too, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. But what really stood out to me was the swimming pool and aqua park - it felt like a resort! And the sun loungers and beach umbrellas provided added to the whole experience.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
