During my recent stay at Octave Jamayca, I encountered an issue with the room. The bathroom had a leakage problem, causing clogging whenever we used the sink. It was quite inconvenient to step onto the wet floor every time we needed to wash our hands or use the bathroom. However, the hotel staff immediately addressed the issue and had it fixed promptly. They were very responsive and ensured our comfort throughout our stay. Despite this setback, I believe Octave Jamayca has the potential to improve and provide a great experience with some revamping. I would recommend this hotel.
