The location of the hotel is perfect - right by the river surrounded by trees. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully furnished with quality hardwood furniture. The bathroom is clean with power showers and the beds are comfy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is basic but good. The hotel has a lovely swimming pool and well-kept grounds.

The service at the restaurant was lacking, with long waiting times and dirty tables.

Spent an unforgettable Xmas in a green and peaceful oasis located near the river, where the staff provided excellent service and the food was delicious. They even offered complementary yoga classes and a boat ride! The location is perfect for exploring the area and going on enjoyable walks surrounded by lush vegetation.

The directions to the hotel were confusing since the roads and signs were difficult to navigate. some of the staff struggled with communication which affected the quality of the service provided.

The pool was clean and inviting, and I enjoyed taking a dip to cool off. The hotel also arranged for a shuttle service, making it convenient for me to reach the airport in just 20 minutes. Additionally, the hotel's location close to the Metro MG station made it easy to catch a rickshaw and explore the vibrant Broadway shopping area.
