Our stay at this hotel was great. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, especially Rajinder sir who arranged a birthday cake for us without any charge. The rooms were clean and had hot water in the bathroom. We enjoyed our time with friends and found the pricing to be affordable. The hotel's location near the airport was convenient for our trip to Shimla.

We felt well taken care of and had no complaints.

We spent our Christmas holiday at this hotel and unfortunately it did not meet our expectations. However, we did appreciate the two complementary water bottles provided for our two nights stay. the location was convenient for our travel activities.

The negative aspects of our stay outweighed any positives. the room was poorly maintained as there were stains on the bed linen and dirty bathrooms which were not cleaned even when requested.
