I recently stayed at Gamagedara Resort for a few days and it was a wonderful experience. The owner and his team were incredibly attentive, taking care of everything from food to transportation. The location was ideal, allowing easy access to popular sights like the Cave Temple in Dambulla, the ancient history of Polonnaruwa, and the breathtaking Sigiriya. The guesthouse is tucked away behind the main road, providing a peaceful and quiet environment amidst the beautiful greenery. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff made me feel right at home.

The location of the hotel is excellent, situated on a quiet road but still close to the main street. This ensures a peaceful stay while being conveniently located in the heart of the city. The hot shower provided was a perfect relief after a long day of exploring the city. the hotel's good location near the bus stop made it a great base for visiting nearby attractions such as Sigiriya and Polonnaruwa.

One aspect that could be improved is the room conditions. The window didn't close properly, allowing mosquitoes to enter the room.
