During our stay, we found the location of this hotel to be convenient, as it was near the traditional old centre and major tourist attractions. The room we had was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff, particularly Ms. Gyatri, was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist us during our city tour. We were impressed by her dedication and assistance in finding a lost item.

The breakfast at this hotel was sourced from an outside vendor and lacked quality control. On the second day, there was a notable lack of salt in the upma.

During our stay, we appreciated the location of the hotel, which was very central and provided easy access to the city's top tourist attractions. the staff member Ms. Gyatri was extremely helpful, helpful in organizing a city tour and assisting us when my wife lost her bangle. She went above and beyond by checking CCTV footage and making enquiries on our behalf. Lastly, we enjoyed the comfortable rooms that had all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

It appeared to be outsourced food that was not thoroughly checked, evident by the lack of salt in the upma on the second day. the shouting by staff members was audible in the dining area, which made for an unsettling meal experience.
