I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were wonderful, always with smiles on their faces and making me feel welcome. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and a great casino. The hotel also had a restaurant and bar with delicious food and drinks. I was impressed by the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location to the Arundel Mills Mall and casino, and the friendly staff.

The hotel offered a convenient shuttle to the nearby casino, which was a great bonus. The location was perfect, with a huge mall, movie theater, plenty of dining options, and lots of shopping. There was something for the whole family to enjoy. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay pleasant.

The pool and hot tub were enjoyable for me and my grandchildren. The room was nice and comfortable.

The check-in process was negative, with the staff being hostile and aggressive. The housekeeping and overall cleanliness of the rooms were below satisfaction.

I absolutely loved the hot tub and the convenient location. The shuttle driver on 3/5 from 4pm to 11pm was AWESOME!

The check-in process was quick and efficient, taking less than 3 minutes. Chemeka provided excellent customer service and made sure everything in the room was ready for our stay. The room itself was large and the bed was comfortable. we had a great experience at Hilton Garden Inn Hanover.

The hotel had spacious rooms with a mini fridge and a seating area. The shuttle service to the casino was excellent, with top-notch customer service from the shuttle driver. The on-site bar offered cocktails, and there was a free coffee bar available for most of the day. The indoor pool was nice, and there was an on-site laundry facility. The staff provided warm and understanding service, and the suite exceeded expectations in terms of comfort and cleanliness. The hotel was beautiful, with frequent shuttle service, and the pool and jacuzzi were wonderful.

Nothing, it is perfect.

The staff surprised me with Birthday Balloon, food was amazing, and the location is convenient to the mall and airport. The gym allowed me to watch my daughter in the pool while I worked out. The smoking area was a plus.

The staff at this hotel are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. The rooms are well-appointed, and the beds are incredibly comfortable, whether you choose a room with 1 king bed or with 2 queen beds. Additionally, the breakfast offered at this hotel is satisfying and provides a nice variety of options.

The location was great, centrally located to everything. Breakfast was excellent and the staff, especially Morgan, was professional and attentive. The hotel was clean and the front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the comforts of the hotel and our room during our stay. The check-in process was quick and everyone made us feel special. The breakfast area had a chef who prepared our requests as we waited. The room was large and comfortable. The Lofts hotel offers a shuttle to nearby attractions. a perfect two-day stay at a great price.

Our three-night stay at Hilton Garden Inn was fantastic! We originally booked for our anniversary but had to change the dates due to an injury. The customer service was exceptional; they accommodated our request and even gave us a complimentary romance package for our wedding night. The beds and bathroom were comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The complimentary shuttle to the mall was a convenient bonus. a highly satisfying and enjoyable experience.

This hotel is great because it is centrally located to everything, including the casino and shopping mall. The shuttle service was a big plus, making it convenient for us to get around. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and basic amenities like a kitchenette and multiple bathrooms.

The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the lobby was immaculate and elegant. The location was convenient, close to BWI airport and within walking distance of Denny's.

Located next to a great casino and Anarunel Mills Mall, this hotel seems like the perfect place to stay for a relaxing weekend. The hotel is set apart from the hustle and bustle of the city but is still close enough to everything you need. You can enjoy the Maryland Live casino for a fun evening. The rooms are spacious and clean and the housekeeping staff were pleasant and made the room a comfortable place to sleep.

There were some issues with the amenities. The coffee area is only available in the morning and did not seem to be well attended during our visit.
