A pleasant surprise at Pai Viceroy! We opted for the Superior Room and found it tastefully done. The aircon took a bit to cool, but once it did, the cozy blankets made it worth it. The breakfast buffet was superb with a variety of options. Despite a few minor issues, overall I'll recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place on the foothills of a famous temple. The location is so convenient for temple visits and the room amenities were great, including the soundproofed rooms and in-room safe. The staff here gave an excellent service, from the doorman to reception staff, making us feel truly welcome and looked after. We also appreciated the tours/ticket assistance and the on-site car park, making our stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable.

We no negatives to report and would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends.

This hotel is a perfect place to stay for those visiting the nearby Padmavathi Amman temple and Tirumala hills. It is located very close to all the famous temples in the area. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained with excellent service. The breakfast is outstanding and definitely worth the money, with dishes like dosa and Pongal being particularly impressive. The buffet is offered on time and is readily available. The staff is courteous and welcoming, providing a peaceful environment for your stay.

Some facilities are limited, but are still sufficient for a short stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my trip and the breakfast was delicious. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me when I accidentally left something in the room after check-out. I highly recommend this hotel.

Well-maintained property close to the Tirumala foot hills with ample parking space. Friendly and prompt room service and housekeeping. Delicious food delivered on time by the restaurant staff or through room service. Comfy and spacious twin bed rooms with clean bathrooms.

We were given some complimentary snacks upon arrival, which was very nice. Plus, the location of the hotel was very central and convenient for exploring the city. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace with a great view.

The room was quite small and the furnishings were not very comfortable. the staff was not very friendly or helpful when we had questions or issues.

The rooms are comfortable and well-organized, with clean bathrooms. Guests can enjoy a variety of delicious food options at the two restaurants, and the buffet breakfast is particularly enjoyable. The hotel also offers room service based on guest requests, making for a convenient stay. the hotel is situated at an amazing location, very close to the entry point of the Tirumala ghat.
