The studio was cozy, had everything I needed, and the location was great for a busy day. I enjoyed the peaceful vibe despite the bustling area around. It's also close to the Trident Tower, which was convenient!

But really, the food choices felt like a monotonous déjà vu—lunch and dinner were practically twins! Don't even get me started on the tricky smoking lounge access. Who knew it would be an escape room experience?

We had a great stay at One Pacific Place, enjoying the spacious room and the attentive service, especially from Kyle at the front desk. The pool was enjoyable, even if a bit cold, and the breakfast buffet had improved options on the second day. However, some items like toothpaste could be fresher, and there were some cleanliness concerns in one of the rooms we were transferred to. Great for families looking for a staycation.

Spent 3 nights in a spacious room with a kitchenette, refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV. Loved the gym access and the outdoor pool—my kids enjoyed the kids' pool too! Plus, the staff was super nice. Breakfast was decent, but sometimes they ran out of options. Overall, a comfy place!

the staff here is really friendly and super helpful, felt like home during my stay. the location is perfect, just a short walk to the malls and restaurants. loved having a gym and pool to chill after a long day. breakfast was tasty with decent options too. rooms were nice and clean.

but the check-in process took way too long, and the wifi was spotty at times. really annoying when you’re tryin to get work done.

i had a chill stay here, the staff were super nice and real friendly! the location is perfect, just a quick walk to malls and eateries, and the room was cozy which i liked a lot. also, the pool area was a nice spot to relax after a long day, and breakfast was decent too with good options. plus, my room had a kitchenette which made it easy to grab some late-night snacks. thumbs up for the comfy vibe here!

but the check-in took forever and the wifi was super slow. also, the towels looked old and could really use an upgrade!
