the food served was delicious and of high quality, adding to the overall pleasant experience. One area for improvement would be to ensure better cleanliness standards throughout the property.

The room at Parakkat Nature Resort felt like a cozy retreat with stunning views, making me feel relaxed and at ease.

The breakfast buffet could have had a bit more variety for my taste.

Views of tea plantations are unbeatable, and room service is top-notch too. Cons: Now, I’m no hotel critic, but the bugs and hard pillows were a bummer. in true Munnar spirit, every cloud has a silver lining, right?

During my business trip to Munnar, my director chose Parakkat Nature Resort for our stay, and I was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic pool at the resort. It was a great place to cool down while taking in the serene atmosphere. the unique spa at Parakkat offered many Ayurvedic treatments and concoctions that allowed me to attain solace for my mind. I was also happy to enjoy the gorgeous swimming pool with panoramic views of the misty hills. the resort also had spaces thoughtfully created for solitude or time spent with family, including a private outdoor swimming pool. the location, food quality, and extensive breakfast spread were impressive, and the resort offered a variety of activities such as a children's play area, games, bonfire.

The location was breathtaking. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The food was delicious with a great variety. The room had a spectacular view.

Nothing to fault.

Amazing start to the new year with great hospitality and compliments like welcome drink and cookies. the location is surrounded by breathtaking scenery with plenty of sightseeing options within a few hours drive. the indoor and outdoor activities like bonfire, karaoke, and chess kept us entertained. We enjoyed the serene atmosphere and the complimentary breakfast buffet had a vast variety of delicious food.

The additional charges on the bill which we didn't order or use were a bit of a letdown, but it was corrected immediately at checkout. However, little issues like this invoke skeptical thinking.

The location of the resort offers a wonderful experience, with an open restaurant that provides breathtaking views of the surrounding tea gardens, misty hills, and even a dam. The staff is exceptional and goes above and beyond to make guests feel like part of the family. They even offer complimentary jeep safaris, allowing guests to explore the magical surroundings. Additionally, the rooms are well-maintained and provide comfortable accommodations.

The floors in the hotel can be a bit confusing to navigate, especially when it comes to using the elevator or stairs.

I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel upgraded my room for free. The view from the room and the restaurant was absolutely breathtaking. The staff at Parakkat Nature Resort were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The owner even took the time to interact with guests during dinner, asking for any feedback or suggestions. I felt truly taken care of during my stay.

We were delighted with the luxurious amenities offered here. the swimming pool and Spa & wellness centre were amazing, providing us with a perfect escape from our routine life. the massage room was well-equipped and the masseurs were skilled and friendly. the leisure/ TV room was a perfect place to spend our evenings unwinding in a comfortable ambiance. the exclusive restaurant had a lovely garden area and served scrumptious food with a special menu for us.

There was one minor issue with the service. the BBQ facilities were not easy to use, and it took us a while to get them started.

The property was well-maintained, staff was friendly and helpful, excellent food, and a free upgrade to a Club suite room. Perfect for a family with 2 small kids.

Felt just like home, nothing to complain about.

Amazing view surrounded by tea plantations and greenery, covered with mist in the morning and evening. Courteous and attentive staff who went above and beyond for our son's birthday, accommodating ad hoc food requests. Spacious, well-appointed suites with comfortable beds. Wide variety of reasonably priced food options for breakfast. Convenient location, close to attractions and away from traffic noise. Tastefully decorated ambience throughout.
