Located in a largely residential area of Banjara hills, close to everything including the airport, with well-appointed rooms and nice decor. The breakfast spread is huge and delicious, and the staff are friendly and polite. Guests can take advantage of facilities such as a well-equipped gym and great restaurants like Tre-Forni. The housekeeping team is very detailed, providing everything guests need.

One reviewer mentioned that the exchange office or bank in the airport closes early, indicating that guests may have trouble exchanging currency at certain times.

Well-maintained property in a prime location with excellent cuisine and outstanding service. The spacious rooms are thoughtfully decorated with bespoke touches, including personalised TV greetings. A large breakfast spread includes a wonderful bakery section and a fantastic Oriental restaurant. The King Suite offers ample space for relaxation, and the accommodating staff is attentive to individual needs. Would quickly recommend to others.

The breakfast buffet at Park Hyatt was amazing! Vikas, the staff member, made great recommendations for traditional Indian cuisine. The gym was spacious and had a complete range of equipment. The spa massage was incredibly relaxing. Overall I enjoyed my stay!

The hotel offered some nice complementary drinks upon arrival and a bottle of champagne for New Year's Eve. the location was great, right in the heart of the city and close to all the festivities. the room was clean and had a nice view of the city.

The staff was disorganized and it took a long time to check-in and check-out. They also made a mistake with our bill and charged us for items we didn't purchase.

The atmosphere of this hotel is luxurious. the spa and wellness center is excellent, offering exclusive amenities that truly fulfilled my needs. the swimming pool area was a perfect spot for relaxation with sun loungers well-positioned under beach umbrellas. the restaurant served quality food, and the body massage was so rejuvenating.

The only minor issue was with the service. Although it was great, I did experience a slight delay in the in-room breakfast service.
