I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Cleveland Northeast - Mentor! The staff accommodated my request for an early check-in, and the customer service was outstanding. The decor was modern and the facility was clean. The bathroom was gorgeous, giving me plenty of inspiration for my own remodeling projects. The proximity to the freeway and nearby restaurants was a huge plus. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful lodging experience.

This hotel is a great value for money with prices that won't break the bank. The location is perfect with several restaurants within walking distance. The beds were incredibly comfortable with a choice of pillows labeled as soft or firm. the room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable and quiet atmosphere for a romantic escape. We also enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, with numerous nearby options for drinks and dinner.

The shower had a slow drain which caused water to back up, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, housekeeping only visited our room once in the five days we stayed, so we had to search for the maids cart to change our towels.

Clean and comfortable room. the bed was very supportive and had a soft mattress topper, which made for a great night's sleep. the staff was friendly and the water pressure and temperature in the shower were great. One nice touch was the complimentary sleep kit with a mask, neck pillow, and earplugs. the location was also convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants.

The pool was closed during our stay and there was no discount on the room rate. Additionally, breakfast was only served from 6-8AM, which was inconvenient for those who wanted to sleep in.

My weekend stay was quite pleasant. the breakfast sandwiches provided at no cost were a nice touch and there was plenty of coffee available. the hotel's location was very convenient, making it easy to go out and explore the area. the staff was friendly and welcoming which made me feel at home away from home.

While my stay was overall positive, the room cleaning service left something to be desired. Despite these minor drawbacks, I would still recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient place to stay.
