During my Xmas gathering, the food was decent and the drinks offered were well-mixed. the location of the hotel was also convenient for us as it was close to the city center. the beds were comfortable to sleep in.

Our stay was far from perfect. the room cleanliness was subpar, and the staff did not attend to it even when we were out.

During the first night, from midnight till morning there was no electricity at our room whereas there was electric power on common areas. No room service menu in the rooms, and no sufficient choice of food at the restaurant. Breakfast was included in the package, but only two items available. However, the hotel made up for it by providing a neat and clean room. I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and friendly staff.
