The hot tub was a blissful oasis, not too big, not too small, just right for a Goldilocks moment. It felt like soaking in a bathtub from a fairy tale - relaxing and enchanting, with the added perk of a warm toilet seat!

My recent stay in the hotel was fantastic! the Italian restaurant was excellent, and the modern rooms with friendly staff made me feel at home. I'll DEFINITELY be back! the breakfast was fantastic and value for money, even better than in the photos!

With its family-friendly amenities and convenient location, this hotel is a great choice for a memorable stay in Yokohama.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Regency in Yokohama for a week with my family. The hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They even took the time to interact and play with my 6-year-old son, which he absolutely loved. The room was not only clean but also spacious, providing us with plenty of room to relax. The modern decor throughout the hotel added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. I particularly appreciated the separate toilet from the sink and bathing areas in the bathroom, allowing for privacy. The daily cleaning service was impeccable, and the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, situated in the best spot in Yokohama. I also can't forget to mention the wonderful fragrance in the lobby, which added a special touch to our stay. The service provided by the entire staff, especially those who cleaned our room, was top-notch. I am truly grateful for their dedication, especially during these challenging times. All in all, it was a wonderful experience.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of Japanese and Western options, satisfying all tastes. The location near the subway station made it convenient for exploring the city. The room was spacious, modern, and comfortable, providing a luxurious experience. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even upgrading our room. The hotel's accessibility to Chinatown allowed us to enjoy delicious Chinese food in the privacy of our room.

The seating arrangement at the Italian restaurant was not ideal for couples. We were seated next to the hot pass which was not romantic at all.
