Despite some maintenance issues, the food was tasty and the water park was fun at Meritas Picaddle Resort Lonavala. Staff were confused and undertrained, but Mr Angelo and Mr Izhar provided excellent service. the location was great, but overall, the stay fell short of a true 4-star experience.

We stayed at the lovely Meritas Picaddle Resort for a weekend getaway with our kids. the water park and swimming pool were fantastic for all ages. the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. the activities and amenities, like the game zone and jacuzzi, kept the little ones entertained. the in-house restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast spread was impressive. a great place for families with kids.

As women travelling alone, we loved the well-maintained rooms and good food at this property. The staff was courteous and friendly. The play zone, water games, and swimming pool kept us entertained. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring different eateries in the area, with Hotel Ramakrishna just a short walk away.

Well-located hotel with easily accessible shopping market and food stalls within walking distance. Good on-site amenities, including two swimming pools with joy rides and slides. Nice play area with various games such as carom, pool table, table tennis, ice hockey, and board football. Satisfactory restaurants and restobar that are ideal for groups with dancing, drinks, and open outdoor dining facilities. Friendly, attentive, and polite staff who provide excellent services and complementary options such as late checkout, room upgrades, and anniversary cakes.

I had such a great time staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the center of town. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance, including shops, restaurants, and even a small market. The hotel itself was beautiful and well-maintained. The water park and play room were the highlights of the resort, providing fun entertainment for families with kids.

Sadly, there were some aspects of the resort that were not up to par. The adult pool was dirty and not cleaned properly.

Fantastic service experience! The hotel generously provided us a room for 4 hours without any charges when our car broke down. The staff were courteous and well-trained. Enjoyed the mini-resort with water park, gym, game zone, and play area. Food was yummy and rooms were clean. Overall I highly recommend Meritas Picaddle.
