From the cozy interiors to the delicious food, everything exceeded our expectations. the staff, especially Mr Pathak, Deepak, Pankaj, and Bidur, went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. They were attentive, accommodating, and helped us with everything from arranging cabs to suggesting sightseeing itineraries. the location, just off the mall road, provided a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle, yet still conveniently close to taxis and other amenities.

Our stay at Pine Retreat was absolutely charming. The hotel, converted from an old YWCA building, exudes authenticity and charm. We were lucky to have a beautiful garden facing room on the ground floor, which was spacious and stunning. The shared outdoor spaces were also lovely. The hotel's location, just off Mall Road, made it easily accessible on foot. The staff was incredibly helpful, even going so far as to guide us to the hotel when we got lost. our stay at Pine Retreat was a memorable experience that we highly recommend.

Spent Xmas vacation in a very charming and stylish boutique hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the crowded city. the location was excellent as it offered a nice view of the mountains while being just a short walk away from the city center. the rooms were spacious, with high ceilings and tastefully decorated. the garden in front of the hotel was a great place to unwind and relax after a long day exploring the city.

The bathroom had bad lighting and weak water pressure in the shower. the ground floor rooms had huge windows that offered a great view but little privacy.
