The spacious rooms, lovely Christmas decorations, fantastic Christmas dinner buffet, helpful staff, good value for money.

Couldn't stay longer.

The lobby is spacious with a bar and ice cream stall. Check-in was fast. The restaurant had a good breakfast. The rooms were big and clean. The location is convenient, near metro and food options.

The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas with a huge tree and festive decorations. Our room was spacious and clean, and the buffet dinner was the best we've ever had. the food was amazing, with real macaroons and a wide variety of options. the pool was also great, lively and perfect for our children. the whole hotel was kept clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable.

There were a few areas for improvement. the pool showers and lockers could use some updating.

We had a luxurious and comfortable stay at this hotel. the sun terrace and outdoor swimming pool provided an exclusive experience. the room advantages were splendid, with spacious and clean settings, and the staff provided excellent service.

The only small issue was the restaurant menu, which wasn't very attractive. Nonetheless, the bar/lounge area was fantastic.

This hotel is conveniently located just next to a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a lovely view. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options. the hotel has a pool, which is great for a refreshing swim after a day of sightseeing.

The restaurant menu is not very appealing and could be improved.

My Easter stay at the hotel was fantastic! The first standout feature was the awesome pool that the hotel had to offer. The pool was lively and a lot of fun, especially for the kids. Secondly, the breakfast buffet was amazing! The spread was incredible, everything was super fresh, and the staff was super attentive. The hotel was also conveniently located near some great restaurants and shopping malls.

That the pool showers and lockers could use some improvement. The showers were not in the best condition, and the lockers could be updated to more reliable ones. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

Nothing not to like.

The lobby of Crowne Plaza was beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a festive atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable. The Christmas dinner buffet was amazing, with delicious food and great value for money. The staff, especially Young Yang from the F&B department, went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Hangzhou.
