Luxurious hotel, great room and facilities, rooftop swimming pool and restaurant, excellent breakfast spread, friendly and motivated staff, high standard of service and personnel.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel, with exclusive amenities that exceeded our expectations. The service was impeccable, and the Spa & wellness centre was just what we needed to relax. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room were all top-notch. We loved the poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area for a more casual atmosphere. The location advantages were also great, with easy access to nearby attractions.

The only minor issue we had was with the Wi-Fi, which could have been better. However, we understand this is a new hotel and there may be some teething problems.

What I loved about my weekend stay was the spacious and comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of choices and was especially delightful. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area, with many restaurants and shops nearby.

The lack of attention to detail was concerning. The room was not properly cleaned, with the shower gel not being refilled and the hand shower and head shower not working properly.

We had a fantastic stay at Planet Hollywood in Thane. The King executive room was spacious and beautifully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, catering to both locals and western travelers. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. I highly recommend this luxurious hotel for a memorable stay in Thane.
