Excellent location next to ski lifts. Helpful and friendly staff. Upgraded room with newer bathroom. Beautiful and cozy hotel. Excellent food at the restaurant. Impressive views of surrounding mountains and forests. Satisfying breakfast. Thoughtful and accommodating service.

The Hotel Twing has a prime location just opposite the cable car, making it incredibly convenient for ski enthusiasts. The newly refurbished rooms are a delightful surprise, with modern decor and attention to detail. The in-house restaurant offers an amazing dining experience with gourmet-style meals at reasonable prices. Additionally, the staff provides exceptional service, ensuring a comfortable stay.

No negative aspects could be found during my stay at this hotel.

Staying over New Year's Eve was an amazing experience. the staff was very friendly, and the location was perfect, with stunning scenery. the breakfast buffet had a great selection of fresh fruits and delicious pastries. We also enjoyed the complimentary upgrade to the modern rooms with comfortable beds. the skiing and snowboarding slopes were just a short walk away, which was great!

the shower was not very stable on the wall, and we had to wait a while for the hot water to arrive. However, these were minor issues and did not greatly affect our overall experience.
