the staff was warm and welcoming, the room was spacious and clean, and the gourmet dining was a treat. the family-friendly amenities like the kids' play area and spa made relaxation easy, and the nearby landmarks such as Siyali Mahadev Temple and Manali Bazaar added to our family bonding experience.

The resort is located opposite to the river, making it a picturesque spot to stay. It is also conveniently located near all the tourist spots in the area. In terms of facilities, they have a beautiful small garden where guests can chill and enjoy the scenery. Some rooms even offer a fantastic view of the snow-clad mountains.

The limited parking space at the resort can be a hassle for guests with their own vehicles.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the fact that the staff was always friendly and accommodating. They offered me a hot drink upon arrival and even allowed me to have my complimentary breakfast on the day of check-in. the gym was also well-equipped, which was a plus. Lastly, the scenery surrounding the hotel was stunning and made for a peaceful getaway.

the rooms were dated and in need of an upgrade. the stained toilet seat cover was not a pleasant sight and should have been replaced.
