Convenient location near bus stop and easy access to Mall Road. Enjoyed live music during stay. Reasonably priced food. Spacious duplex suite with excellent WiFi and helpful staff.

The breakfast at Renest River Country Resort was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of tasty options to choose from. The staff in the cafeteria were very friendly and made our dining experience enjoyable. The overall behavior and professionalism of the staff impressed me. I highly recommend this hotel.

The resort is located opposite to the river, making it a picturesque spot to stay. It is also conveniently located near all the tourist spots in the area. In terms of facilities, they have a beautiful small garden where guests can chill and enjoy the scenery. Some rooms even offer a fantastic view of the snow-clad mountains.

The limited parking space at the resort can be a hassle for guests with their own vehicles.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the fact that the staff was always friendly and accommodating. They offered me a hot drink upon arrival and even allowed me to have my complimentary breakfast on the day of check-in. The gym was also well-equipped, which was a plus. Lastly, the scenery surrounding the hotel was stunning and made for a peaceful getaway.

the rooms were dated and in need of an upgrade. The stained toilet seat cover was not a pleasant sight and should have been replaced.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that all our needs were met. The room was spacious and cozy, with a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. The hotel amenities were top-notch, including a well-equipped gym and a lovely restaurant that served delicious food. We also appreciated the added comforts such as the in-room breakfast and the welcome drink upon arrival. This place truly exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to everyone.

There were no negative aspects to our stay. We recommend this hotel to all.
