This hotel provides excellent value for money with basic amenities like a fridge and microwave in the room, and a breakfast included. The staff is friendly and location is perfect, close to the airport, Black Hills, and the falls. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds and pillows.

Nothing to improve, all was good.

The location was convenient for our needs and the staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable, which made it hard to get up. The room was clean and had a recliner, sofa, and large space. The hot tub and pool were a nice way to relax. The breakfast had a good variety and the area was spacious.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which we found to be conveniently located in a nice area. There were plenty of restaurants around, and we even managed to explore a nearby waterfall. The hotel amenities were great, including the room service, which was prompt and reliable. We were also impressed by the housekeeping services, as our room was exceptionally clean and well-equipped. The laundry facilities were particularly helpful and easy to use, which was perfect for our longer stay.

Great Thanksgiving deal with complementary pumpkin pie and cranberry sauce. Convenient location near the mall and the downtown area. The gym had all the equipment I needed for a decent workout.

The room smelled musty and the linens were old and stained. The breakfast options were limited and unappetizing.
