The room was spacious and pleasant. The bathroom was nicely done. The lobby area was pleasant. The staff were friendly. The vegetarian restaurant had great food. The rooms and shower facilities were nice. The staff were accommodating. The check-in process was quick. The service was good at the hotel and restaurant.

During my recent stay at Quality Inn Viha, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort and amenities provided. The spacious room with a big window and comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the hotel offered free Wi-Fi and a complimentary newspaper, adding to the convenience of my stay. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were incredibly polite and went out of their way to make sure my experience was pleasant. The hotel also provided reliable transportation for my excursions. I found Quality Inn Viha to be a recommendable choice for both business and leisure travelers seeking comfort and good food.

The hotel is conveniently located near many temples and is pretty close to the bus stand and railway station. The restaurant at the hotel is also in close proximity to the railway station.

The maintenance standards have dropped drastically, with ongoing renovation works causing a strong smell of paint on the third floor. The room service staff also cut corners, with the toilet not being cleaned properly and requests for amenities not being fulfilled.

The hotel did offer two complimentary bottles of mineral water which was a plus. It was conveniently located near important tourist sites making it easier for us to explore the city. Plus, there was free Wi-Fi which was great for my business needs.

Overall my experience was not great. The staff seemed untrained and unfriendly.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Kumbakonam and had a great experience. the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist me and my family. The reception staff, in particular, were very knowledgeable and helpful, providing us with useful information during our stay. Secondly, the food served at the in-house restaurant was amazing. We had dinner there and were impressed with the taste and quality of the dishes. Lastly, the location of the hotel was excellent. It was near the city center, making it convenient for us to explore the area. I was satisfied with the attention to detail, basic amenities, and comfortable rooms with attached bathrooms. Additionally, the breakfast served was delicious.

All was well during our stay.
