The database provided was extremely user-friendly, making it easy to find the information I needed quickly. the room I booked was also very clean and well-maintained, meeting all of my expectations. I appreciated that the staff had taken note of our requirements in advance and made sure everything was to our liking as a gesture of gratitude.

The only minor issue I encountered was the limited variety of food options available in the database. I would have liked to see more diverse menu choices to cater to different tastes.

The room was spacious and cozy, with a beautiful city view. I loved the modern amenities and comfy bed, perfect for a relaxing stay.

The amenities for double occupancy were only provided for one person.

staying at Radisson was an incredible experience. the breakfast was awesome and they even arranged dine, in breakfast in, room. the staff went above and beyond to fulfill our requests. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hospitality was top, notch.

The rooms were clean, comfy, and the staff was top-notch, especially two cool folks named Chirag and Mr P Garg. I had a great swim at the rooftop pool and soaked up the sun on the terrace with nice loungers. the only tiny bummer was getting the Saturday newspaper instead of Sunday, but overall a fantastic stay - I'd totally recommend this spot!

Breakfast spread was SUPER with delicious Indian dishes. Staff was mind-blowing in support, especially Saber. Clean rooms, good WiFi, and helpful reception and dining teams. All-around pleasant experience!

The staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND, bringing a special dish for our daughter. the service was exceptional. Would love to stay here again. Better than on photos!

During our Christmas stay, we really appreciated the two complementary facts that were offered to us. the hotel's central location was a major advantage, allowing us to explore the city with ease. Another benefit was the friendly and accommodating staff, who were always eager to assist us with any of our needs.

The room had a strong mould smell, which detracted from our enjoyment of the space. Despite requesting an air freshener, it was never delivered.

We partied hard at HOTEL TRIPLETS ENTERTAINMENT and had a blast. the rooftop pool was sick, and the rooms were comfy. the staff, especially Prakash and Shivangi, were mad cool and helped us for my friend's birthday. 10/10 would stay again!

Wish they had a livelier nightlife scene for young party-goers like us!

The staff was not responsive when I needed an ice pack for my leg injury, taking an hour to address the issue.
