i had a wonderful stay at dans le coeur umeda, such a convenient location connected to underground shops and eateries, plus easy access to nearby train stations. the staff were so helpful with luggage storage, allowing us to enjoy the area hassle-free. definitely recommend for a comfy and modern stay.

Loved how tidy the hotel was and its super convenient location near the train station and shopping spots! Liked chilling at the coffee shop and exploring the shopping arcade nearby， with plenty of food options! Had a great time, yet the street noise can get a bit loud in the rooms on the lower floors - maybe consider earplugs for light sleepers. had a blast - definitely recommended! 🌟.

The kids loved the indoor play area filled with slides and games, keeping them entertained for hours. the Family Dining Room provided a variety of kid-friendly meals, making dining hassle-free for parents.

For dads, it would be great to have a designated kids' pool for a more family-friendly experience.

The hotel had brand new facilities, like beautiful upholstery and pajamas. the location was very advantageous and allowed for easy transportation. the staff spoke English well and the payment system was very efficient.

The hotel was located on a busy street, which sometimes caused noise disruption. the room was small, typical of Japanese hotels, and had very little storage space which forced us to use the window seat for our clothes.

The receptionist was incredibly helpful and spoke English. The hotel has direct access to underground shopping streets and is close to multiple shopping malls and transportation stations. The room was spacious and the location was convenient.
