From the warm smiles and exceptional hospitality upon arrival to the stunning suite upgrades offered by Mr Anand, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. the attention to detail in the suites was impeccable, and the staff exhibited a high level of professionalism and genuine care throughout our stay. the diverse dining options and excellent facilities, such as the fitness center and swimming pool, added to the overall enjoyable experience.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the airport, which was excellent. The restaurant, Anadha Krishnan, offered amazing food and the location was convenient for airport travelers. The hotel also had a great Kabab factory nearby. I was impressed with the spacious room and well-maintained bathroom. The staff provided prompt and thoughtful service, even offering water for my journey during checkout. The breakfast area was a bit crowded, but overall, the facilities and room advantages made for a pleasant stay.

There were minor details overlooked, such as a lack of proper tea-making supplies and limited water bottles in the room.

The free complementary breakfast was nice and the complimentary shuttle to the airport was convenient. the hotel was located near a variety of shops and restaurants which was great for exploring the city. the pool was a nice escape from the heat.

My room was not very clean upon arrival and the staff was unresponsive when I requested it be cleaned. the noise level in the hotel was also a bit of an issue, with loud music and shouting late into the night.

The buffet spread was excellent, with a good selection of Western and Indian cuisine. The chef was able to prepare Jain food for my parents. The staff was hospitable and attentive. Great walking area for morning/evening walks.

From the moment we arrived, the staff provided friendly and attentive service, fulfilling all of our needs. the spa and wellness centre provided full body massages in a relaxing environment, and the outdoor swimming pool was the perfect place to unwind. the restaurant served delicious food with special diet menus available. the private facilities were exclusive, including an outdoor dining area and a snack bar.

this was outweighed by the exceptional service, amenities, and convenient location.
