We booked the apartment just 2 days before we arrived. Without extensive background check as there wasn't enough time for that, the location and place turned out to be really good. From the windows you can see Harrods. Neighborhood was largely occupied by embassies and high-end stores. Hyde Park is close. Underground station is 200m away. Three great and free museums: Victoria&Albert museum, National History Museum and Science museum are less than 1km away. And you don't need to use city transport to reach Victoria Station or Buckingham Palace. Places for the breakfast could be found in nearby streets. Especially I'd recommend Italian family-owned Arco Bar just around the corner. Basil Street Apartment hosts were easily reachable before and during the stay and provided all the information requested. They kindly checked us in far before the official time. Rooms were cleaned every day ). One and only problem was lack of hot water on the first day, but this was fixed in 15 minutes.

The location of 15 Basil Street was perfect for exploring West London. The studio we stayed in was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The kitchen had all the necessities, the shower was great, and the air conditioning was a bonus on a warm night. Svetlana, the general manager, was absolutely awesome and made our stay even better. We would definitely choose to stay here again. I highly recommend this accommodation for its great price and location.

The Basil Street apartment was superb; beautifully furnished, excellent WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, and a beautiful bathroom. The location was excellent, with a view of Harrods from the windows. The neighborhood was upscale, with embassies and high-end stores. It was close to Hyde Park and the underground station. The V&A Museum, National History Museum, and Science Museum were all within walking distance. The hosts were easily reachable and provided all the information we needed. The rooms were cleaned daily, and any issues were addressed promptly. it was a perfect stay.

The flat had a fantastic location, right next to Harrods and a tube station. We appreciated the secure parking across the road. The staff offered us complimentary breakfast essentials and amazing toiletries. It was a perfect fit for our young family and had all the luxuries of a hotel.

The staff here are extremely friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The facilities are top-notch, offering all the luxuries and security of a hotel with the freedom to relax and spend quality time together.

There were some construction noises nearby which was a slight inconvenience.

My stay at 15 Basil Street, Knightsbridge was absolutely delightful. The location couldn't have been more perfect, with Harrods and the Tube just a stone's throw away, and Hyde Park a short 5-minute walk. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and modern, with comfortable beds and plenty of natural light. The bathrooms were immaculate and even had underfloor heating. I was also impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, who were available 24/7 on WhatsApp and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Additionally, the kitchen was well-stocked with amenities, and it was a nice touch to have breakfast essentials already in the fridge. As a family traveler, it was great to see a travel cot provided in the master bedroom, and the birthday bundle with a cake, balloons, and soft drinks was a lovely surprise for my daughter.

We recently had a fantastic stay in a beautiful apartment in an upscale neighborhood. The location was superb, just a short walk from a tube station on the Piccadilly line. We had a stunning view of Harrod's right across the way. The apartment was spacious and luxurious, with all the amenities we needed. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The daily cleaning and replenishing of supplies made our stay hassle-free. We even had a lovely balcony and a convenient washer/dryer. It was a perfect home away from home for our family.

We were a bit disappointed by the lack of outlets for hair appliances in the bathrooms.
