My recent stay at this hotel was surprisingly pleasant! the location is great, with a mall nearby for shopping and dining options. the rooms were comfortable, and the housekeeping and dining staff provided exceptional service. I particularly enjoyed the diverse breakfast options with cuisines from different parts of India; it was a delightful way to start the day. the staff, especially Dhruv Chandra from housekeeping, were incredibly polite and courteous, making us feel welcome and valued.

One area that could use improvement is the front desk service. A welcoming demeanor and prompt assistance upon arrival would greatly.

The staff courtesy and professionalism were amazing. Reception and lobby staff were excellent. Room service and cleanliness were top-notch. The location is convenient for travelers.

The bar and elevator could use some improvements. our experience was average and we wouldn't recommend it.

Our stay at this hotel was a luxurious experience, as we were treated to exclusive amenities such as a spa and wellness centre for massages and body wraps to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace provided stunning views and sun loungers to take in the sights. The restaurant served delicious specialty dishes, while the bar/lounge area offered refreshing drinks.

There was only one minor flaw during our stay at this hotel, which was slow service at the restaurant during a busy time of day. However, the friendly staff and excellent food more than made up for it, making our stay unforgettable and enjoyable.

My stay at Radisson was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were clean, beautifully lit, and provided a great view. The staff, including the receptionist and restaurant staff, were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The rooftop swimming pool was a highlight, and the buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food options. this was one of the best Radisson hotels I have stayed in.

We received a wonderful welcome with smiles from the friendly staff in the lobby and restaurant. The breakfast buffet spread had multiple great choices, and we especially loved the Masala and cheese dosa, which had the perfect balance of spice. The room was nice and comfortable, with a great view, and the housekeeping team did an amazing job keeping it clean. we enjoyed our stay at Radisson Blu Gorakhpur.

During check-in, we were not informed about the elevator function and had to use the stairs from the 7th floor. It would be helpful if all guests were notified about this.
