The front desk staff, especially the duty managers like Ms Pratibha, were absolutely amazing! They even contacted us before we arrived to make sure all our needs were met. The breakfast was excellent and the gym was well equipped. The location was ideal, close to Apollo hospitals, EA mall, and Spencer's mall. Autos were easily available for transportation, although the metro station was not within walking distance. The rooms were spacious, especially the washroom. The breakfast buffet had a decent variety of options. The internet worked perfectly for my needs. The car park was sufficient for those with a vehicle. The staff were hospitable and quickly resolved any issues that arose during our stay. the experience from check-in to check-out was good. The staff was polite and courteous. The rooms were comfortable, although the linen could use an upgrade. The breakfast spread was delicious. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Conveniently located, spacious rooms with good Wi-Fi and a refreshing shower. Menu card option in the restaurant provides a wide variety of choices. Laundry service is prompt. Friendly and professional staff member, Ms. Prathiba, provided excellent assistance during check-in and check-out. Enjoyed a satisfying stay overall.

This hotel offers a great location, just near the American embassy and shopping centres. You can also easily find a good market nearby. While the bathroom may not be perfect, the rooms are well-equipped and comfy. Plus, the staff is always smiling, especially Ms. Sayani, who gives a warm welcome with a drink in hand. Don't miss the huge breakfast buffet or the pool and gym amenities.

The tap water is muddy and even black in some cases.

The hotel offers a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities. the Spa & wellness centre was the highlight, with a range of treatments and exceptional service. the outdoor swimming pool is ideal for relaxation with a shallow end for kids. the Restaurant served delicious food with packed lunches and special diet menus. We loved the private facilities, making our stay more comfortable. the location advantages, near shopping centres and office locations, were convenient.

We had a great stay over thanksgiving. the breakfast had many choices and we enjoyed complimentary drinks during happy hour. the location was perfect as it was close to many shops and restaurants. the gym had a good variety of equipment and we were happy to have complimentary bottled water available.

Although overall staff was friendly, some were not as attentive and seemed disinterested. we experienced some mosquito bites even though we made sure to use repellent and keep doors and windows closed.

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent hospitality extended by all the staff at the hotel. They were well-trained and courteous, making my stay a truly pleasant experience. The property itself was very good, with spacious and well-maintained rooms. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated that my request for a late check-out was promptly accepted. The location of the hotel was also perfect for my needs. The reception staff was very polite, and they even accommodated my request for two beds in the room. Additionally, the food at the restaurant below was delicious. I received great value for my money and had a comfortable stay at the Radisson.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better was the variety of options. The food for breakfast could have been more diverse and offered a wider range of choices.

stayed in chennai before, but radisson blu blew me away with their exceptional service and delicious breakfast with indian and continental options. the staff were always friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. loved the comfortable bed and neat bathroom. gym was outstanding too.
