the staff was exceptional and very accommodating the rooftop area had lovely plants creating a garden-like feel and was great for evening relaxation breakfast included a variety of hot items and pastries it’s definitely conveniently located near downtown attractions and parking is just $15 which is a good deal.

The breakfasts were awesome, with a variety of hot items that included eggs and bacon. The rooftop terrace was a delightful surprise, providing a lovely place to unwind in the evenings. The staff was accommodating, going out of their way to assist guests. The room was one of the cleanest I've ever experienced. Parking on-site was a convenient option.

The noise levels are another issue, with street noise seeping in, and the walls aren't doing much to keep sound out from other guests. Not to mention, the room sizes can feel a little cramped, leaving you wondering where to put your gear. The air conditioning units were also louder than I'd prefer, which can make catching some sleep a bit tricky.

best western is in a perfect spot, just steps from the lively gaslamp quarter. the staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. plus, the hot breakfast was tasty and filling, setting us up for our adventures!

My kids wished there were larger beds for better comfort.

Housekeeping was excellent, and staff like Carlos and Olga were friendly and professional! 🌿 The rooftop terrace had beautiful pot plants and a lovely garden feel, perfect for morning coffee!
